The transition to Russian software is at an advanced stage. This was stated by the director of information technology of Zenit Bank” Stanislav Tulchinsky during the discussion at the CNews Forum Cases: Experience of IT Leaders. The event was dedicated to the practice of solving complex problems of digitalization in modern conditions. The organizer was CNews with the support of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development.

In his speech, Stanislav Tulchinsky spoke about the main challenges facing IT, regardless of business strategies. First of all, this is import security, import independence, import substitution and the preservation of a workable team. He noted that it is necessary to correctly prioritize and create a plan for a phased transition to systems and services of domestic developers.

“Today, in a dynamically changing situation, organizations need to make the most of their available resources, flexibly and without templates. Particular attention should be paid to the preservation of the team. So the most creative employees will be able to catch market signals and use them to develop the company at the lowest cost,” added Stanislav Tulchinsky.
