The developer of cloud platform for business communications, Mango Office, has offered a service for creating chatbots, thanks to which companies from different industries will be able to conduct surveys and inform customers without the participation of employees.

The new service will help entrepreneurs to significantly save on development and quickly get a ready-made tool. The service is available for businesses with over 100 employees.
