Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank Olga Golodets and Governor of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko discussed the results of implementation and opportunities for further development and use of Sberbank digital technologies in the social sphere and health care of the region.
The participants noted the productive cooperation in the field of remote monitoring of patients with confirmed coronavirus infection. Over the course of the project, more than 540,000 robot calls were made, and almost 8,000 consultations were held. In total, more than 54 thousand patients participated in the project.
In continuation of this cooperation, Sberzdorovie, together with the Health Committee of the Leningrad Region, has successfully launched remote monitoring of the health of patients with chronic diseases. The project involves 21 medical institutions in the region. More than 7 thousand patients with arterial hypertension, chronic heart failure, coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus can be connected to remote monitoring. Surveillance is carried out with the help of robotic calls. The robot, developed by the MDG group of companies, conducts a survey on the state of health by means of a telephone call and transfers them to the electronic “Health Diary”.
During the meeting, they also discussed the implementation of a social card in the field of providing support to the population, the prospects for using products and solutions based on artificial intelligence from SbermedII and solutions from Sber’s partner companies, the STC group of companies (implementation of voice completing medical protocols) and “First Electronic Prescription” (conducting pilot projects on the use of an electronic prescription).
At the meeting, Olga Golodets presented Governor Alexander Drozdenko with a certificate for wearable devices from Sberzdorovye for the introduction of remote monitoring of the health status of residents of the Leningrad Region.
