Sitronics Group became part of the Smart City working group of the Ministry of Construction of Russia. The head of the company Nikolay Pozhidaev took part in the meetings of the updated composition of the group for the implementation of the “Smart City” project. The company has experience in the design and implementation of individual elements of the “Smart City” in various regions and will become an active member of the committees of the working group.
New experts joined the work on the project – representatives of the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Digital Industry, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Culture, constituent entities of the Russian Federation and regional departments, heads of non-profit and public organizations, agencies, as well as top managers of companies, including the Sitronics Group.
The Sitronics Group develops and implements digitalization technologies that can help secure and optimize intelligent processes. The group of companies has accumulated competencies in creating solutions for the “Smart City” from the introduction of video surveillance and analytics based on artificial intelligence to the development of intelligent transport traffic control systems, situational centers, and the design of smart city lighting systems.

In total, the working group will have 19 committees dedicated to various areas of urban development, including those that were not previously considered in the Smart City Standard. The committees will work in the following areas: issues of feedback with citizens, housing and communal services, urban environment, construction, energy, ecology, social sphere, medicine, science, education, culture, entrepreneurship, security, youth policy, transport, sports, geoinformation technologies, digitalization , interregional cooperation.
This approach will allow in the future to form or update a methodological base for the implementation of digitalization for each of these areas – these will be sets of standard and understandable solutions, with prescribed targets, milestones and predicted results. On the basis of clear and clear standards for municipalities and regions, the question of the possibility of financing such events will be worked out. In fact, a new mechanism for multifunctional expert assessment of decisions, documents and projects will be created, taking into account the possibilities achieved during the synchronization of national projects.
