Wildberries opened a new logistics center in Siberia

In June 2022, a new Wildberries logistics facility opened in the Tomsk region. In accordance with the company’s plans, its appearance will strengthen the work of the logistics service in the region, speed up the delivery of orders and improve the level of service for customers, and create new jobs for local residents. This was reported to CNews by representatives of Wildberries.

In the future, the logo center will begin accepting supplies from entrepreneurs in the region. This will expand the range of locally produced products, as well as support local businesses that will be able to reduce their costs for transporting products by eliminating the need to deliver them to Wildberries warehouses located in other regions.

“Entrepreneurs of the Tomsk region are intensively increasing their presence at Wildberries. Over the calendar year, since June 2021, the number of local business representatives on our online platform has almost tripled, and there are now over 2234 of them. Sales of Tomsk entrepreneurs on Wildberries in January-May 2022 increased by 111% year-on-year up to 505.5 million rubles. We expect that the opening of a new delivery point will strengthen our cooperation with local businesses and increase their sales through e-commerce,” Wildberries said.

The new sorting center of the company was opened at the address: Tomsk, st. Michurina, 47, building 14. The area of ​​the object exceeded 5000 sq. m. m. Schedule object: around the clock, seven days a week.

The company continues to develop its warehouse infrastructure both independently and in cooperation with entrepreneurs. In 2022, new facilities have already been launched in 11 regions of the country: Ivanovo, Novosibirsk, Lipetsk, Omsk, Saratov, Astrakhan regions, Stavropol Territory, Udmurtia, North Ossetia,

Altai Territory and Chuvashia.
