An industry commission on partnership issues will start working under the Yandex Food service. It will include representatives of shops and restaurants that cooperate with Food, as well as experts from the restaurant business and retail and members of professional associations, including the Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers. The task of the commission will be to ensure transparency in the interaction between Yandex Food and its partners.

The industry commission, in particular, will resolve disputes – if any of the Food partners have them. For example, you can contact her to challenge the disconnection from the service. Also, shops and restaurants cooperating with Food will be able to address the commission with any questions regarding the current rules of the service: from the principles of rating establishments to the requirements for describing dishes and goods.

The consideration of the principles governing the work of the platform with partners will be handled by the Openness Committee of the Advisory Council for the Development of the Yandex Ecosystem. If the commission considers that a particular rule needs to be improved or there is no suitable rule yet, it will be able to bring the issue to the discussion of the committee.
